An ergonomic grip also makes it super easy to pour with a more natural and comfortable grip.Everyone knows that diamonds are a girl’s best friend, right? The Cullinan Diamond Blender aims to appeal to the feminine side with a raw diamond shape that definitely stands out from the archetype. To improve vorticity and consistency, the functional shape of the internal canister was adapted to the tendency of fluids to naturally keep a continuous momentum when stirred. Just don’t give it to your girlfriend when she’s expecting actual diamonds… you might just get slapped!

SMARTER RIDE

Smarter Ride

Designer: Yo-Hwan KimThe Smart City Cycle takes into consideration that you may have to carry some luggage with you when you head out. It could be as simple as groceries or toys for your children. The rear wheel of the cycle hosts extendable compartments that can hold your goodies for you. If required, then the storage extension can be completely removed as well. Either ways, it’s a modular cycle that suits your daily commuting needs.

The Smart City Cycle is a 2012 iF Design Talents entry.

One Liter Limited faucet

1ℓimit faucet looks more like an elegant test tube inverted on top of a tap. The glass tube holds exactly one liter of water, sufficient for a quick handwash. The theory being that we waste almost six liters of water and use only one, while washing hands. Once the stored one-liter is used up, you have to turn-off the tap till the next one liter fills up the tube. A cumbersome rationing process that will hopefully drive home the point of conservation!
